Chris McGinnis has over 20 years of oil and gas experience including Development and Production Engineering Manager roles at PennWest, and field-based production, operations, facility and exploitation engineering roles with Husky Energy, Acclaim Energy, and Canetic Resources, all focused on heavy oil.

Mr. McGinnis holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Royal Roads University.

Practicing member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). .

Andy Kramchynski is a professional geologist with over 45 years of extensive "oil finding" experience within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WSCB).

Former founder with executive and technical positions with companies engaged in light, medium and heavy oil operations, and natural gas production: Richland Petroleum, Chain Energy, Morpheus Energy and Tandem Energy.

Mr. Kramchynski holds a B. Sc. in Geological Engineering and a B. Sc in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Josh Molcak has over 20 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles, primarily within the oil and gas industry in Calgary. Some of the other companies he has been involved in include Anadarko Canada, Canadian Natural Resources, Paramount Resources and Sabre Energy with roles ranging from Operational Accounting to Controller.

Mr. Molcak holds a B. Mgmt with a major in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge, is a practicing member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA), and actively participates in the Petroleum Accounting Society of Canada (PASC).

Tara Ruohio has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including general, financial, and operational accounting roles with Imperial Oil, Fletcher Challenge, Anadarko Canada, and Paramount Resources. Tara has a B. Comm. from the University of Saskatchewan.

Rachelle Barnard is the Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Courser Energy Ltd. Bringing over 30 years of executive level administrative experience. Rachelle has held Executive Assistant positions at CNRL, Exshaw Energy, Anadarko Canada, Dundee Securities and Shell Canada Limited. Rachelle has broad expertise in professional office management.
